Relieving Pressure on a Busy Marketing Team

The marketing team at EHOB, a leading producer of medical pressure injury prevention products, was juggling the dozens of elements that comprise a modern digital marketing operation. But they needed help creating strategic flow and keeping balls in the air. That’s where FATFREE came in.

When we met, EHOB’s internal marketing team had already developed strong marketing tactics. From a customer-facing app to an active clinical blog and social media presence, they were producing a steady stream of content for prospects and customers. But that content wasn’t always driving the desired results.

We created a plan to weave this collection of marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy focused on propelling lead generation. As we proposed big changes to major marketing channels–including EHOB’s website and email marketing–we provided support in winning approval from leadership and led the charge on execution, ushering projects from ideation to launch.

What it means to be a partner

EHOB knows a thing or two about partnership–its tagline is “Partners in Prevention”–so FATFREE aimed to develop an open, collaborative approach to working with the EHOB team.

From day one, we established weekly status meetings to review ongoing projects and created a shared project management workspace for easy and transparent communication.

Partners are also responsive and supportive, so FATFREE developed a workflow to help EHOB efficiently tackle on-the-fly marketing requests. When EHOB needed an email deployed or a landing page developed quickly, FATFREE was ready with strong internal processes to get it done asap.

Partnering on a reimagined website

Great partnership is also about growing stronger together. In addition to supporting ongoing marketing initiatives, FATFREE is working with EHOB to evolve its approach to marketing and lead generation.

One of the main pillars of this ongoing effort is a reconceptualization of the EHOB website. With EHOB’s focus on providing ongoing support to its healthcare partners serving as a differentiator for the business, we proposed a fundamental change to the website’s design and functionality that would allow EHOB to showcase its impressive library of educational and clinical resources.

The FATFREE team crafted a proposal outlining this new approach, and after winning approval for the concept took on the sitemap, content outline, and wireframe processes. Up next, we’ll be leading website copywriting, design, and development with a new website launch date targeted for the end of 2023.
