With a talent for turning analytics and audience intelligence into strong, actionable strategies, Larissa partners with FATFREE clients to develop marketing, CX and CRM initiatives that connect with customers. She has worked closely with the Accu-Chek brand to map detailed customer journeys, as well as interpreting the needs of catastrophe insurance agents and policyholders into an easy-to-use app.

Larissa's experience as a UX and graphic designer are often called upon when steering projects from strategy through final implementation, as she understands the practicalities of complex CRM platforms, websites and mobile apps first-hand.

In her free time, you might find Larissa studying piano or reading about quantum mechanics.
